Australian Fish Photo Page 2010

The photos are from James Russell from Coffs Harbor, Australia.

The fish is called a Snapper. They

grow to 35lbs or 15 kilograms. This one was caught less than 1km from

shore on a floating strip bait and weighed 7.9kg

On this particular  morning they caught 10 other Snapper ranging from

1.5kg to 4.5kg, 4 Flathead from 1.4kg to 2.5kg and 4 Pearl Perch from

1.2kg to 3.5kg

 In the second photo are a Pearl Perch of 3.5kg another Snapper of 4.5kg

and the brown one is a Flathead of 2.5kg.
